ALA Opens Gap Year Application Process!

African Leadership Academy has begun accepting applications for its gap year program for high
school graduates from around the world. This highly selective program will bring outstanding 17-19
year old leaders from Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas for a 10-month program on African
Leadership Academy’s campus in South Africa. At ALA, these students will build lasting friendships
with Africa’s future leaders, engage in deep study of the African continent, and design and
implement a community service project that will have a lasting impact on a community in need.

application before the February 25, 2008 first-round deadline.
