African Leadership Academy (ALA) seeks to develop and support young leaders from across Africa and around the world who desire to play a role in Africa’s transformation. Located on the outskirts of Johannesburg, South Africa, ALA will bring together the most outstanding young leaders from all 54 African nations and across the globe to learn about Africa and begin to craft solutions to the most pressing challenges facing the continent.
